Marzena - We are not affliated with the developers of Vintage Acres, but want to demonstrate some of the beautiful communities in this area.  The lot sizes are very large, and it's a very nice community, quite close to both Fuquay and Holly Springs.   This is a great community for someone to build a home with the builder of their choice.

With this price range - homes should build out at less than $305K.  If that's the case - then the buyer can get a 100% loan through FHA if they use a special Downpayment Assistance Plan.  Looks like a GOOD DEAL!

Eleanor - Yes, a home can definitely be built for under the $305K mark.  There are quite a few two story homes available for under $300K, and one story and main floor master suite plans can also be available, depending on the lot requirements and desired finishes.
