I like the Natural Light. It saves on energy and helps home owners fell more positive about their surroundings.
Hello Penny,
These are all very good point to consider. Thanks for your post today.
Really good, basic advice. These are all things I look for when I'm buying a home, and would advise anyone the same way. I really like your good, simple advice. Many buyers need this!
David - Natural light can be a big benefit. But depending on the climate and the location of the home, too many windows CAN increase energy bills - heat and cold travels through glass much more easily than through walls!
Penny -- Thank you for the pointers. I love the juxtaposition of point four and its picture. Have a great weekend.
Penny, great pointers and love the idea of being able to browse floor plans. bookmarked for a reference!
Penny, what excellent suggestions on what to look for in a home, especially since I think more people are looking to stay long-term nowadays. I love the great room, one-story floorplans...and I'm not even 50 yet! :)
