Brian - there's so many things even I didn't think of before talking to the experts!  And some great ideas to keep in mind for future additions, even if it doesn't all fit in the budget now...

Debbie - outdoor lighting has become more cost effective and more energy efficient, it's well worth looking into some of the different options available.
