Barham Place Architectural Requirements
Minimum heated square footage requirements are: one story - 2000 sq ft, 1.5 story - 2400 sq ft, two story - 2800 sq ft.
Driveways must be at least 75 ft in length and composed of exposed aggregate for at least the first 75 ft.
Homes can be stone, brick, wood, Hardi, or approved vinyl.
HOA dues are $44, paid monthly.
