South Pointe is a small subdivision, off Bowling Rd and Hwy 401, just south of downtown Fuquay-Varina.

From Holly Springs, take Hwy 55 east towards Fuquay-Varina. Turn south on Hwy 401. About 1 mile past downtown Fuquay-Varina, turn left on Bowling Rd. South Pointe is on the right.
