Fuquay-Varina is only 17 miles from downtown Raleigh, straight up Hwy 401, and only 28 miles from RDU. There's plenty of newer grocery and drug stores, a Super Walmart, Home Depot, and more, plus Fuquay-Varina is only about 15 minutes from Apex NC or 20 minutes from Cary NC which both offer an abundance of shopping and restaraunts.

Lakestone Village is a masterplanned neighborhood with a swimmming pool, playground, and community shopping.

Homes are in the upper $200s to upper $300s.
