From Highway 64: Take Exit 383 to 15-501 North. Turn left onto Hamlet Chapel Road, right onto Mann's Chapel Road, then left onto Mann's Crossing into the Mann's Crossing community.

From Interstate 40: Take Exit 273 to Highway 54 West, then turn onto 15-501 South. Turn right onto  Mann's Chapel Road, then left onto Mann's Crossing into the Mann's Crossing community.
